The Belfry Hotel and Resort has retained its title as England’s Leading Resort and England’s Leading Conference Hotel at the 27th annual World Travel Awards.
The awards acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all key sectors of the travel, tourism and hospitality industries.
Judges praised The Belfry’s high quality service and exceptionally high standard of facilities, which include its 319 luxurious bedrooms and suites, several restaurants and bars including Ryder Grill and The Brabazon Bar, first-class events and meetings spaces, leisure club and The Belfry Spa.
The hotel is also home to three golf courses, including The Brabazon and The PGA National, which are recognised as world-class, having previously hosted The Ryder Cup four times – more than any other venue in the world – all surrounded by 550 acres of North Warwickshire countryside.
Gail Aldridge, Marketing Director at The Belfry said: “It is a fantastic achievement to once again receive the title of England’s Leading Resort and England’s Leading Conference Hotel at the World Travel Awards.
“The Belfry has always been committed to providing our guests with an experience that will stay with them, long after they leave, so receiving these awards is a true testament to all of the continued hard work The Belfry team put in.
“It’s especially gratifying to win during a time when we are all continuing to face unprecedented challenges and we would like to wholeheartedly thank everyone who voted for us.”
Katie Niland, Sales Director at The Belfry added: “I am extremely proud of The Belfry team, and absolutely thrilled that the resort has once again been recognised as a preferred venue of choice for conferences and events and leisure breaks in England.
“The awards highlight our commitment to providing exceptional service and hospitality for each and every guest, and we are absolutely delighted to have been recognised amongst the very best venues across the globe.”
