Drayton Manor has confirmed this year’s Magical Christmas event will not take place.
A statement of the attraction’s website said that with uncertainty surrounding the lockdown period and a possible tier system coming back into place following this, it wouldn’t be able to offer guests the best experience they could give.
It added: “This decision has not been taken lightly; we’re just as disappointed as you are that we cannot open our gates.
“For the past 12 years we have celebrated Christmas with you all, and sadly this year we’re unable to.
“Our team will contact guests with ticket and hotel bookings for Magical Christmas to discuss their options. Phone lines will be closed to allow us to manage this effectively, but if you wish to contact us, send us an email at enquiries@draytonmanor.co.uk or direct message on social media and we will come back to you.
“We wish all our guests a very merry and safe Christmas and look forward to welcoming you back in 2021.”
